Spot (spot.inc) is run by MILO GG, LLC. This page explains what we collect and why. Questions: milo@milo.gg.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google we get your name, email address and profile photo. When you text Spot or connect your phone we get your phone number and the messages you send. You can add your LinkedIn link, company and role. When you join or host events we store your registrations, and hosts see the guest details needed to run their event. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run your account, sign you up for events, let hosts review and contact their guests, send you texts and emails about events you joined or host, and keep Spot safe. Our AI assistant reads your messages to Spot so it can answer them.
Who we share it with
Hosts of events you register for see your profile details. We use service providers to run Spot: Google (sign-in), Linq (iMessage and SMS), Anthropic (AI assistant), Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting) and Luma (if a host connects it). We don't sell your data.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop texts. You can edit your profile at spot.inc/me, and ask us to export or delete your data by emailing milo@milo.gg.
Google user data
We only use the basic Google profile (name, email, photo) to create and sign in to your Spot account. Spot's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
